Why does Diesel have two more titles?

Why do the others only have Books 3, 4, 5, and 6 of the Thorne series?! Where’s Books 1 and 2, dammit?! Do any of these ebookstores even notice this?! Why don’t they demand complete series?

And why is the price of Buried out of whack at three of the stores?
