So when all you people who run ebook stores sit around wondering how you can increase your customer base, here’s a suggestion: Stock books more people want to buy!

Not nearly enough of his books. And the prices are too high. Look, buying ebooks should be encouraged. They should cost less than mass-market paperbacks!

This is a conspiracy, right? You’ve all banded together and decided not to sell anything I’d pay for.

My God! I hope these posts will do some damned good. If I was running an ebook store, I’d already be deathly embarrassed to tell anyone what I did based on these results. All of you selling ebooks have gotten fat and complacent. Well that vacation is over. I’m on your asses now. And you all suck!

Amazing Stories – April 1927 – $5.00
Come on, Kindle. $5.00? It should be fifty cents! I’m not even convinced there’s a Keeler story in there, from the description.
Many of Keeler’s madcap works were put back in print several years ago. I’ll be damned if I’ll spend money to get over twenty pounds of paper when I want them all in my pocket anytime anyplace. I know for a fact the original reprint files are all electronic. Put them out as ebooks, dammit! What is wrong in the head with all these damned publishers?!!?

This is the first realistically-priced ebook I’ve seen! Too bad it’s only in Mobi and not eReader. If any of you want to see the kind of book I like to read, this is a cheap way to do so. It’ll also introduce you to an excellent and near-forgotten writer. Night and the City came up via Microsoft, but the ebook is no longer for sale anywhere!

But just how pathetic and rotten are these ebook site search engines? Neither Fictionwise nor ebooks.com matched with Graham Masterson. I found those two listings via a referral from Microsoft! You ebook sites are really redefining Suck!
