Another Android Mini-Tablet: ICD 7″ Screen

Late Night with Jimmy Fallon had on the Engadget guy who showed off this prototype powered by that fire-breathing Tegra CPU the Notion Ink mini-tablet also has.

It’s from Innovative Converged Devices (ICD).

Click = big

Screensnaps after the break.

I can’t embed the video here, so click to go to NBC’s site.

Personally, I think the fascia is too large, making the device less totable and hand-holdable than it could be. Sure, those large speakers are nice — but won’t they really chew up the battery? And who wants to sit next to someone with a boombox mini-tablet?

Here are the specs:

186mm x 158mm x 18mm
7″ Touchscreen
512 DDR / 512 NAND
1.3 MP Web Cam

Wireless 802.11 b/g
USB 2.0
2g/3g Data
3.5mm Audio Jack
